Mr. Achal Jain is having 35 years of experience in Railways operations, Maintenance planning execution and delivery of infrastructure projects including handling of mega construction projects. As a team leader , the project of the worlds highest bridge at Chenab of around 98 km has been successfully implemented. Also , added experience of development of IT applications for E governance of civil engineering department, of Indian Railways, which include track machine management system in bracket TMMS, tunnel management system, TuMS , digital inspection of bridges, the help of drone and Ledar, etc.
Dhriti Choudhary, a BBA graduate from GGSIPU. Currently pursuing MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University. Having 1.5 years of expertise in the Human Resource Field.
Dr. K. Ramalingam served as Chairman of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) in December 2008 and boasts over 36 years of distinguished experience in the civil aviation sector. Beginning his career as a Technical Officer in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), he held key positions in the DGCA, National Airports Authority (NAA), Airports Authority of India (AAI), and Cochin International Airport Ltd. (CIAL).
His extensive contributions span national and international domains. At the national level, Dr. Ramalingam played a vital role in planning and implementing numerous airport projects. Globally, his expertise was sought by organizations such as Airports Council International (ACI), Civil Air Navigation Services Organization (CANSO), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), World Radio Communication Conference (WRC), and International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Major achievements include the planning and commissioning of greenfield airports like Hyderabad International Airport, Cochin International Airport, Bangalore International Airport, Kannur International Airport, Navi Mumbai International Airport, Mopa International Airport, and Noida International Airport. His efforts toward the development and modernization of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Sikkim, and 35 non-metro airports also stand as a testament to his vision and dedication.
During his tenure, the Airports Authority of India received international acclaim by securing two prestigious awards at the ATC Global 2013 conference in Amsterdam. In recognition of his contributions to civil aviation, Anna University, Chennai, awarded him an honorary doctorate, and IIT, Chennai, honored him with the “Best Alumni Award-2007.”
Shiv Ratan Solanki has over 30 years of expertise in Aviation safety regulations. He specializes in documentation for flying clubs, Airlines, and organizations involved in aircraft engineering, maintenance, and operations, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements as per the Government of India guidelines.
Anil Jain, a practicing architect, graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. He has over 30 years of expertise in various infrastructure projects.
Dr. G.K. Chaukiyal served as the first Head of Academics at the newly established National Aviation University. He held various top management positions at the Airports Authority of India (AAI), overseeing divisions such as Airport Operations, Engineering, Airport Planning, RCS-UDAN, and Project Monitoring. As a Member (Operations) at AAI, he supervised the operations of approximately 130 Airports across India.
Dr. Chaukiyal holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, an M.Tech in Management & Systems, MBA from IIT Delhi, and a Ph.D. in Aviation from the School of Planning & Architecture (SPA), New Delhi. He contributed to nearly 60 airport projects in India and Bhutan and is actively involved in aviation consultancy assignments nationally and internationally.
Charul Shukla, an accomplished Architect with 35 years of expertise in Aviation Design and Development, is an ICAO-certified International Airports Professional (IAP). Served as Executive Director (Planning) at the Airports Authority of India, played a pivotal role in various Aviation Design projects, including master planning for Greenfield and Brownfield Airports, city-side and airside design, as well as the design and development of over 100 Airports and terminal buildings.
Her notable contributions include projects at Chennai, Trichy, Gwalior, Mangalore, Ayodhya, and Port Blair, among others. Renowned for her keen sense of Aesthetics and Interiors, she has been instrumental in creating functionally efficient, passenger-friendly buildings that are celebrated for their appealing Interiors and Ambiance.

Rajiv Gupta, a graduate of Delhi University, served the Airports Authority of India for 34 years in various roles. He also worked in different capacities, including as an assistant to the late Mr. Naresh Chandra, former Cabinet Secretary and India’s Ambassador to the USA. Additionally, he is a cricket panel umpire for the DDCA.
Raj Kumar Khanagwal is an ICAO-certified International Airports Professional and an advocate. He served as in-house counsel at the Airports Authority of India for over 28 years, retiring as Country Head Legal. With vast experience in Contract Management, including Arbitration and International treaty disputes, he played a pivotal role in managing Legal Issues and Litigation related to the Privatization of various Airports.
Rajesh Bhandari, who served as an Executive Director of Finance, exclusively managed the Financial Matters for the Airports Authority of India during his 27-years tenure in various capacities. A practicing Chartered Accountant, a member of the Delhi International Arbitration Council (DIAC), an annex of the Delhi High Court, and the Delhi Arbitration Centre at AAI.
Sanjeev Jindal served as an Executive Director at the Airports Authority of India, Board Member of Kannur International Airport, Secretary of the AAI Officers Institute, and the President of the AAI Engineers Guild, showcasing his leadership and dedication to the Aviation Sector. A Graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.
With nearly 30 years of experience, he has been Instrumental in the Planning, Design, and Construction of over 100 Airports across India. Renowned as one of India’s foremost Technical Experts in Aviation infrastructure, he has represented the Airports Authority of India at various domestic and international events. His exceptional contributions have earned him numerous Accolades, including the “Best Public Officer” award by CIDC, the Sir M. Visvesvaraya Award from AAI, and the Shiksha Vibhushan Award from the Government of Rajasthan. He is a postgraduate in Yoga and Meditation.
